Heavy Lace


I called this "heavy" because if this lace-like structure were really made of it's original source-image material, it would probably weigh about 20,000 tons!

The image below gives it all away: it's a part of the roof supporting structure at a football stadium in central England.

One of the images from the original K-scopes book ('Place de la Concorde') is currently on display as part of an exhibition in the Corn Exchange theatre in Newbury, England. The exhibition is open until 25th November, 2010.
